It’s better if it is something low-stress like taking a walk in nature or practicing yoga than doing an intense workout routine for two hours straight – which might actually keep you awake!

If you have a bedroom that is too bright, it can also keep your body from relaxing and sleeping well. Keep the lights dim in order to help yourself fall asleep faster every night after a long day at work or school. If there are other people who live with you or come into your room frequently while you’re trying to sleep this might be even more difficult for some people because they need privacy when resting their head on a pillow!
